摘要

本研究的目的是探讨服从和薪酬对pontiana区域秘书处办公室绩效的影响。样本是70名员工。采用问卷调查法收集数据,采用多元线性回归分析。结果显示,在Pontianak地区秘书处办公室,服从与绩效有显著的正相关,而薪酬与绩效无显著关系。
