The interactive “hands-on” workshop session on Networked Governance addressed a real-life use case from TRIPLE, a European funded project in the field of Digital Humanities. “The TRIPLE project aims to facilitate more efficient and effective Social Sciences and Humanities research for societies at large by involving civil society, public institutions and companies into scientific projects, thus strengthening the links between different types of stakeholders” [1]. Workshop participants discussed the need for multistakeholder cooperation and networked governance in the age of global interdependence. The output of the discussion aimed to ground the purpose and core principles of the multistakeholder "Trust Building System" developed within the TRIPLE platform.
