Panduan pola makan sehat bergizi dan seimbang selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah makan dengan kompisisi lengkap, makan lebih banyak buah dan sayur, penuhi kebutuhan cairan dan menjaga kebersihan makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi, pola makan dan aktivitas fisik ibu rumah tangga terhadap pengetahuan pencegahan Covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Waode Buri Kabupaten Buton Utara Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan gizi terhadap upaya pencegahan Covid-19 (p-value=0.085), terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pola makan terhadap upaya pencegahan Covid-19 (p-value=0.000) dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara aktivitas fisik terhadap upaya pencegahan Covid-19 (p-value=0.430) pada ibu rumah tangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Waode Buri. dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada pelayanan kesehatan khususnya puskesmas mengenai program kesehatan.
