Three evaluators blinded evaluated postoperative pain, using Melbourne Pain Scale and visual analog scale. 摘要

这项随机盲法研究反对在手术切口部位局部麻醉(0.5%布比卡因),在接受卵巢子宫切除术或视频辅助双门手术的狗。选取了28名健康成年人。将犬分为开腹对照组、开腹阻断组(BC)、视频辅助对照组和阻断视频辅助组(BV)。在BC和BV中,布比卡因在切口线或端口处给予SC。对照组在相同部位NaCl浓度为0.9%。3名评估者采用墨尔本疼痛量表和视觉模拟量表对术后疼痛进行盲法评估。在剖宫产术和视频辅助OVH手术中,麻醉浸润阻断术均能有效提高术后舒适度。
