摘要

分析了电力信息网络面临的威胁因素。针对无法提供风险数值的弱点,提出了基于多级模糊综合评判的网络安全评价指标体系、评价模型和评价方法。给出了利用综合评价模型进行安全评价的步骤和方法。结果表明,该方法对电力信息网络的风险评估是有效的。
