摘要

本文报道了采用接地共面波导(GCPW)技术研制的10 GHz左右的串联反馈FET介电谐振子振荡器(DRO)。该DRO基于TE01 δ模介电谐振器与均匀GCPW线之间的耦合。从输出功率和相位噪声两方面对GCPW中FET DRO电路的测量结果与微带电路的特性进行了比较。GCPW DRO显示出较好的相位噪声,但输出功率没有改善
