The weight's value is determined by expert's knowledge in normal fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In proposed model, the weight's value of multi-factors is adjusted by improved Apriori algorithm to find association among many factors. Then, this method is applied to evaluate unit's bidding ability of electricity market. A set of judgment factors includes SMP, market demand, the bidding price, minimal and maximal output of the units, characteristics of costs, time constraint on starting up and cease in this model. The numerical results show that the proposed approach is right and effective.
