摘要

本研究旨在以工作满意度为中介,分析情绪智力、压力和参与式领导方式对员工绩效的影响。这种研究类型是解释性研究。本研究的人口和样本均为Waskita Beton Precast公司市场部的员工,共计112人。采用问卷调查法收集数据。数据类型是主数据。数据收集的方法是问卷调查。采用的数据分析技术是结构方程模型。结果表明:1)情绪智力对工作满意度有显著的正向影响。2)压力对工作满意度有负向且显著的影响。3)参与式领导风格对工作满意度有正向显著影响。4)工作满意度对员工绩效有正向显著的影响。5)情绪智力对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。6)压力对员工绩效有负向且显著的影响。7)参与式领导风格对员工绩效有正向显著的影响
