摘要

本研究的目的是测量采用窗框式自然通风的小户型住宅7楼的密闭性和气流性能。所有窗户及客厅门均设有窗框式自然通风,并设有手动控制器。作为测量对象,选择了面积在33 ~ 51㎡的第6类小户型住宅。采用鼓风机门系统对前门气密性进行测量。我们测量了第1 ~ 6例室内外50Pa压力差下的每小时通风量。因此,当自然通风框架关闭时,每小时通风量的平均值为2.27ACH (CASE1)。结果与普通公寓住宅相似(1.65~4.28ACH)。当自然通风框架打开时,每小时通风量平均值为5.87ACH (CASE6)。此外,ach比CASE1增加了3.6个。
