摘要

工业中使用状态监测装置来连续监测机器的健康状况。气隙偏心故障是引起机械故障的不对称故障之一。电机电流特征分析和振动分析是感应电机偏心故障检测中最常用的两种方法。本文以感应电动机为研究对象,分析了供电电压不平衡对电机电流特征分析偏心故障检测方法的影响。建立了具有气隙偏心且能承受不平衡供电电压的异步电动机的动力学模型,并通过在倾斜混合偏心且供电不平衡的异步电动机上进行的实验验证了该模型的仿真结果。
