摘要

通过建立节能减排的分层评价模型,计算出各影响因素的相对权重。在此基础上,结合粗糙集理论中的多属性决策排序方法,综合考虑经济水平、科技环境、社会发展、能源消耗等9个因素,得出2006年各省综合评价排序结果。因此,对传统的以单位GDP能耗为唯一评价标准的节能减排评价方法进行了修正。
