This objective consider the minimization of fuel cost with emissions constrained of thermal generating units with scheduling for sharing of different photo-voltaic generating units to fulfill the load demand in such a way to minimize the total generating cost and satisfying equality and inequality constraints using particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique. Taking into account the mature energy market it's a challenge to achieve reliable and cheap electricity. Exhaustion of fossil fuels reserves and rapid increasing fuel price and higher amount of emission leads to environmental concerns results in initiation of thinking about renewable energy sources in the energy market as an option. In this paper, the test is conducted for 13 PV plants and two test system of thermal units.
