A total of 165 individuals between the ages of 40 and 65 years old with LUTS symptoms were included in the study. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, a big prostate, bladder stones, or complicated urethral illness, such as corrected hypospadia or repaired urethral stricture disease, were excluded from the study. Every patient had TURP surgery and was cared for according to our ward routine until he was discharged. Results: The study's participants ranged in age from 40 to 65, with a mean age of 57.50 3.10 years. The majority of the 114 patients (69.09%) were between the ages of 56 and 65. Pre-operative IIEF-5 scores were 18.53 5.24, while post-operative IIEF-5 scores were 15.06 2.50.
