In this paper, a directed network model which describes the group personnel relationship is set up and simulated. Firstly, by analyzing the main workflow and the intercommunion way in the group, a directed network model which describes the group personnel relationship is set up. Then, with an e-mail directed network and a telephone directed network constructed, and by using the dyad method, an empirical social network model which correctly describes the group personnel relationship is set up. Finally, a simulation test is done. Group personnel relationship analysis based on social networks
