摘要

研究了批处理过程中基于即时学习(jit)模型的二维迭代学习模型的预测控制问题。基于二维JITL模型,采用MPC-ILC集成控制方法,提出了一种新的误差补偿策略。将批轴和时间轴集成为一个综合目标函数,利用JITL模型解决了综合目标函数计算量大的问题。将所提出的控制算法应用于典型的间歇式反应器,结果表明所提出的控制策略具有良好的控制性能。
