摘要

随着经济全球化,跨国电网互联项目必然成为电网投资的重要方向,为了全面评价跨国电网互联项目的综合效益,提高投资决策的准确性,构建了适合跨国电网互联项目的综合效益评价指标体系。为了充分利用主客观信息,本文采用分析网络过程与人工蜂群算法相结合的权重法确定指标权重,并采用改进的物元可拓模型对此类项目进行综合效益评价。研究结果可为跨国电网互联项目投资提供决策参考。
