Twomethods are performed on the groups of candidate National Reference Standardmeasles vaccine derived from AIK-C strain stored at different temperatures: -700C,40C/7 days, 370C/7 days. 摘要
在国家疫苗和生物制品控制研究所(NICVB)组织了两种方法(PFU和CCID50)测定麻疹国家标准候选疫苗效力的比较研究。采用-700℃、40℃/7天、370℃/7天对AIK-C株麻疹候选国家参比标准疫苗进行两种保存方法。结果表明,虽然存在差异,但两种方法CCID50与PFU之间存在较强的相关性,R2= 0.886, r = 0.94,系数PFU/CCID50 = 1.28,相当于PFU: CCID50 = 1:0.78。
