The Technical Regulation (TR) of the Eurasian Economic Union TR 045/2017 �On the safety of oil prepared for transportation and (or) use� establishes uniform requirements for the safety indicators of oil delivered through trunk pipelines, as well as used as a raw material in oil refineries or petrochemical plants: hydrogen sulfide content - no more than 20 ppm, the total content of methyl and ethyl mercaptans - no more than 40 ppm. The proposed technology for cleaning oil stripping gas from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans meets the requirements of modern oil safety standards and can be implemented in the format of a modular-block plant. It is possible to adapt the plant to operating conditions, modify and complete the plant, taking into account the content of light hydrocarbons and hydrogen sulfide in the oil being purified and mercaptans. 摘要

旨在提高现场制备硫化氢和含硫醇油的效率的研究,与加强对商业油的质量和安全指标的管制要求特别相关。欧亚经济联盟TR 045/2017技术法规(TR)“关于运输和(或)使用的石油的安全性”对通过主干管道输送的石油以及用作炼油厂或石化厂原料的石油的安全指标建立了统一要求:硫化氢含量-不超过20 ppm,甲基和乙基硫醇总含量-不超过40 ppm。提出的从硫化氢和硫醇中净化油提气的技术符合现代石油安全标准的要求,可以采用模块化装置的形式实施。考虑到被纯化的油和硫醇中的轻烃和硫化氢的含量,可以使装置适应操作条件,改造和完成装置。所选择的安装方案的技术版本是最合理的,根据块模块化的原则(从各种功能用途的块中安装现场安装)进行安装施工。
