Materials and methods: Fifty natural human premolars were used in this study. The sample was randomly divided into five groups (10 teeth in each group) as follows: Group 1: control group with no intervention, group 2: SDF application before enamel etching, group 3: SDF application after enamel etching, group 4: DL application before enamel etching, group 5: DL application after enamel etching. Then the bonding procedure followed. Each specimen was tested to failure in shear mode. After debonding, the adhesive remnant index (ARI) was calculated. Results: The mean shear bond strength of the orthodontic brackets when DL was applied after enamel etching was significantly higher than the other intervention groups but lower than that of the control group. SDF groups and DL group applied before enamel etching had the least mean shear bond strength with no statistically significant difference among them. ARI scores for the different groups indicated no significant differences in their distribution frequencies. Conclusions: SDF and DL maintained high shear bond strength to orthodontic brackets. 摘要

目的:研究氟化二胺银与二极管激光对体外正畸托槽剪切结合强度的影响。材料与方法:采用50颗天然人前磨牙进行研究。随机分为5组(每组10颗牙):1组:不干预对照组,2组:牙釉质刻蚀前涂SDF, 3组:牙釉质刻蚀后涂SDF, 4组:牙釉质刻蚀前涂DL, 5组:牙釉质刻蚀后涂DL。然后是粘合程序。每个试件都在剪切模式下进行了破坏试验。脱粘后,计算粘接残余指数(ARI)。结果:牙釉质蚀刻后应用DL时,正畸托槽的平均剪切强度显著高于其他干预组,但低于对照组。牙釉质刻蚀前应用SDF组和DL组平均剪切强度最小,差异无统计学意义。不同组的ARI评分显示其分布频率无显著差异。结论:SDF和DL与正畸托槽保持较高的剪切粘接强度。各组间ARI评分失败部位差异无统计学意义。
