摘要

为了实现快速鲁棒的车牌自动识别系统,本文提出了一种简单高效的车牌图像字符分割算法。我们的目标是从车牌图像区域中正确分割字符。与现有的机器打印字符分割方法不同,我们的算法基于非常弱的假设,并且不使用关于印版格式的先验知识,从而使它们适用于更广泛的应用。实验结果表明,该方案具有良好的效率和灵活性。
