摘要

采用PZN-PMN-PZT陶瓷制备了多层压电变压器(MPT),并根据频率和负载电阻对其电学性能进行了研究。多层压电变压器的升压比在73 kHz附近达到最大值,并随着负载电阻的增大而增大。当输出阻抗与负载电阻一致时,在输出功率为15w时,压电变压器的温升约为21℃。采用PZN-PMN-PZT陶瓷在~940℃的低共烧温度下制成的多层压电变压器可以稳定地作为升压或降压变压器驱动。
