The receiver was designed to provide robustness to the interference of one unintended user blocking the intended signal at the receiver under consideration. The improvement over a standard correlation receiver was accomplished by using the three-valued property of the crosscorrelation of Gold spreading sequences to identify and subtract the interference from the intended signal.
