摘要

为了提高小尺寸开关磁阻电机在大转速、大转矩范围内的效率,提出了一种简单的通断角调节平均转矩控制方法。在SRM的有限元模型上验证了效率的提高,并通过实验台架上的测量进行了验证。控制算法的简单性允许在没有高性能微控制器和FPGA或ASIC的情况下构建变速驱动器。二手SRM是市场上可用的标准电机,其效率达到78.9%,扭矩为1.5 Nm,转速为1500 rpm。
