摘要

本研究旨在为越南制造工厂的生产线(ML)项目设计引入一个新的决策模型。新模型建立在越南制造精益决策模型的理论基础上,并通过多种实践方法(观察、调查、深度访谈和案例研究)进行验证。该模型采用最优思维方法,在生产线设计中做出最有效的决策。该模型通过实际应用得到了验证。这一模式不仅适用于越南企业,也适用于发展中国家和发达国家的其他企业。
