Improvement of the Fourier Expansion of the Electric Field Method for the Analysis of Reflectance by the Multilayered Structures
A Fourier series expansion method for analysis of reflection of electromagnetic waves by multilayer structures is considered and improved. It is shown that various structures can be analyzed by this method in the formulation of exact boundary conditions.
