摘要

靠自己掌握反转动作并不容易,因为反转动作使用的是主导动作中没有用到的不同肌肉,反转动作容易出现尴尬。优势动作是指学习者能够自然地进行运动的动作。在此背景下,我们提出了基于学习者优势动作的翻转动作技能自我学习环境。在本研究中,我们假设学习者几乎可以完美地发挥主导动作,但在反转动作方面表现不佳。学习者通过借鉴反向优势动作来提高自己的反转动作。在这个过程中,当学习者输入自己的反转动作数据时,自我学习环境就会显示出反转优势动作和反转动作之间的差异。环境也告诉我们如何改善反转运动。
