摘要

用户体验(UX)是用户视角的一种形式,是他们的心理反应,也是他们对如何使用产品、服务或系统的反应。每个系统都应该有一个良好的用户体验,以尽量减少用户困惑,并从用户那里获得良好的反馈。然而,从向加里曼丹理工学院综合信息系统的103名用户分发的问卷中,发现了几个问题。本研究的目的是找到一个用户都认同的问题,并证明用户体验是否影响了用户使用该系统的理解率。本研究结果发现,在350名受访者中,有321名受访者同意用户共同同意的问题是在UX Honeycomb的可信度方面,存在大量无法访问的信息或没有显示任何信息的页面,赞成率为91.71%。本研究还发现,用户体验正在影响用户使用本系统的理解率,这意味着用户体验越好,用户使用本系统的理解率越高。
