Interaktif Media Siber. \nThis research was conducted for l month, starting on January 15, 2021 and completed on February 15, 2022. The population of this study wes all employees at PT. Cyber Media Interactive, totaling 40 people. 摘要
本研究的题目是:薪酬和工作满意度对PT. Interaktif Media Siber员工留任的影响。本研究的问题是:薪酬和工作满意度对PT. Interaktif Media Siber员工留任的影响。本研究旨在探讨薪酬与工作满意度对PT. Interaktif Media Siber员工留任的影响。该研究从2021年1月15日开始,到2022年2月15日结束,历时1个月。本研究的对象为PT. Cyber Media Interactive的所有员工,共40人。结果表明,被调查者对薪酬(X1)和工作满意度(X2)的感知对员工保留度(Y)有影响,多元线性回归结果为:Y = 3.782 + 0.406 (X1) + 0.724 (X2),本研究采用f检验和t检验,薪酬(X1)和工作满意度(X2)对员工留任(Y)的影响=(308,712 > 2,249)和(sig = 0.000 < 0.050),通过共同(同时)和单独(部分)的假设检验,决定系数R2 = 0.943或近似(94.3%),因此可以得出H3被接受的结论。这意味着薪酬(X1)和工作满意度(X2)变量同时对员工留任(Y)有显著影响。关键词:薪酬和工作满意度对员工留任的影响。
