摘要

计算机网络的迅速发展和广泛应用对信息安全和网络安全提出了新的挑战。传统的安全模型和单一的安全技术已经不能适应复杂的网络结构和多样的入侵措施。基于策略的网络安全管理具有管理成本低、敏捷性高、适用性广等特点。移动代理不仅能采集数据,还能处理数据,克服了传统代理的不足,提高了响应速度,减轻了网络负担。本文将基于策略的网络安全管理和移动代理引入到一个新的网络安全框架中,重点介绍了其结构、控制策略和实现方法。
