In this study, sodium alginate was oxidized with sodium periodate as an oxidant, and a self-healing OSA-CMCS hydrogel was prepared by reaction with Schiff base of carboxymethyl chitosan. The experimental procedures include the operation of chemical experiments, analysis of instruments, spectral analysis, etc., covering the content of chemistry courses in a comprehensive manner, stimulating students’ interest in scientific research. 摘要
