摘要

沟通在组织的各个层面都起着至关重要的作用。它影响员工承诺水平、公民行为和员工工作满意度。本研究的目的是了解和评估组织沟通如何影响组织公民行为和工作满意度水平。采用封闭式问卷法,对85名不同级别的软件员工进行数据收集。结果表明,组织沟通对软件员工的工作满意度有直接的正向影响。分析进一步证明,组织公民行为作为中介进一步削弱了组织沟通与工作满意度之间的关系。虽然已有很多关于组织沟通、组织公民行为与工作满意度之间关系的研究,但这是首次尝试评估组织公民行为与其他变量之间的中介作用。
