User behaviour analysis can make Web service more intelligent and personal, on which more and more attentions have been paid by the researchers. In this paper, we propose a method to classify Web request based on user behaviour analysis, and apply the classification to form Web QoS control strategy. This method includes three parts: acquiring click-stream sequence form Web logs, classifying userspsila click-stream sequence by KNN algorithm, and forming Web QoS control strategy according to the results of classification.
