Analysis of the data using a rho correlation technique by Spearman showed that in working women there was a strong and positive relationship between work-life balance and employment satisfaction (r = 0.352, p <0.000). The result implied the higher the balance between work and life of the respondents, the higher the level of satisfaction at work and vice versa.
