Standard multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the predictive potential of personality traits based on adjectives on career anxiety and career decision-making self-efficacy, while Pearson Correlation analysis was utilized to determine the relationship between the variables. As a result of the study, several significant correlations between adolescent career anxiety, career decision-making self-efficacy, and adjective-based personality traits were discovered. 摘要
