摘要

本文提出了一种基于时域分析的LLC串联谐振变换器精确分析方法,并给出了明确的设计指导方针。有限责任公司谐振变换器由于具有结构简单、效率高、开关频率能力强等特点,得到了广泛的应用。为了实现优化设计并提出明确的设计指导方针,了解其直流增益特性和参数对效率的影响非常重要。传统的基于基谐波近似的分析方法不能给出准确的结果。最后,根据提出的设计准则,构建了效率为96%的MHz LLC串联谐振变换器样机并进行了测试。实验结果验证了分析方法和提出的设计准则
