The system includes cost characteristic analysis module, bidding analysis module, quotation strategy module, real-time quotation system module, real-time cost tracking module and transaction evaluation system module. In the key electricity price forecasting module, the cost analysis algorithm based on genetic optimization algorithm and bidding strategy based on game theory are developed.
