虚拟阴极三极管(VC)在宽频带产生千兆瓦脉冲。现有的理论研究基本上是通过数值模拟的方法进行的,并不能解释许多实验事实。分析描述对于研究生成机理是比较成功的。本文提出了虚拟阴极三极管中电磁振荡辐射产生机理的两个理论模型。
