Methods: This research is a quasi-experiment with the pretest-posttesttwogroup research design. Research samples of students in two nursing school in Surabaya who met the criteria of 50 respondents as a treatment group and 50 respondents as a control group. The research instrument used questionnaires and clinical learning modules as well as competency achievement books. 摘要

临床学习是护理专业学生将理论与实际技能相结合的重要组成部分。然而,现实表明,学生胜任力的实现还远远不够;这是由于学生和导师之间的非结构化互动。本研究的目的是分析临床学习模块的胜任力对护生胜任力成就的影响。方法:本研究采用准实验法,采用前测后测两组研究设计。研究样本为泗水两所护理学校的学生,符合治疗组50名受访者和对照组50名受访者的标准。研究工具采用问卷调查和临床学习模块以及胜任力成就书。数据分析采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验和Mann Whitney检验,α≤0.05。结果:对照组统计学检验结果P值为0.14,表明使用学习模块前后护生胜任力成就存在差异;治疗组统计学检验结果P值为0.000,表明使用学习模块前后护生胜任力成就存在差异;Mann Whitney检验结果P值为0.000,表明临床学习模块对护生胜任力成就存在影响。结论:护理临床学习需要学生与导师之间的互动,使用该临床学习模块可以有效地提高护生的胜任力成就。
