摘要

在高频逆变器工作过程中,由于功率场效应晶体管的寄生电容和接线电感的影响,逆变器的方波输出产生较大的寄生振荡。本文分析了场效应晶体管寄生振荡的产生机理,利用Matlab/Simulink对寄生振荡进行仿真,然后将寄生振荡叠加到逆变器的理想模型中。最后,采用PI控制与重复控制相结合的方法,实现了对逆变器方波输出杂散振荡的消除。
