These services present features which make them to be an attractive distribution media that requires the analysis of the cognitive and affective aspects experienced by end users during the interaction with them. To evaluate these channels an IPTV (IP-Television) sssbased service has been developed including different existing situations. To this target, previous analyses have been driven to establish the most relevant variables which define users' behavior during the purchasing process.
