摘要

随着大数据技术的发展,世界经济日益向数字化转型,数字领域多变、透明、包容的国际贸易蓬勃发展。为了更好地改善贸易环境,降低贸易风险,提高贸易效率,提升中国企业在国际贸易中的地位,笔者对目前国际商业交易模式进行了总结,并对每种交易模式的特点和风险进行了分析。在此基础上,运用层次分析法构建基于大数据的国际商务交易风险评估模型,为我国企业评估国际商务交易风险提供有效手段。
