摘要

为了接近国家“3060”双碳战略,越来越多的分布式电源需要连接到配电侧。由于分布式电网的接入,打破了电力系统原有封闭的隔离保护环境。然而,目前的研究主要集中在传统电网的通用保护技术上。电力系统的保护技术面临着一个困难的局面。一方面,系统环境假定保持隔离和闭环。该系统将不能完全吸收来自配电网的电力。另一方面,由于接入分布式电网的互联网通信,系统将面临网络攻击风险。通信环境是开放的,没有严格的安全措施。因此,本文提出了分布式电网的初步概念。首先,分析了基于互联网通信的分布式电网控制系统的特点和安全漏洞。然后,分析了基于互联网技术的安全防护技术的特点和缺陷。最后,提出了保护方案的初步构想。
