Gel preparation was carried out using the sol-gel method by adding TEOS and ethanol in a ratio of 1:8 mol which is hydrolyzed with water to form a gel, the percentage of solubility of organic dyes in turmeric powder at pH 4.5 and 9.5, namely 3.92% and 3.95%, then for dragon fruit peel powder namely 1.96% and 1.93% at pH 4,5 and 9.5, Respectively. 摘要
