So the target systems need to synchronize the HR data with SAP periodically. Currently, most databases are accessed directly by ODBC/JDBC, which are much more expensive, except oriented databases. To resolve these problems, the paper introduces a new method , using SAP-SFU-BIMS to be the data interface between SAP HR system and peripheral systems. The result shows that the method can improve the performance while reducing the number of interfaces between SAP system and peripheral systems.
