Consider the whole picture, Complete cost aggregation at multiple scales based on minimum spanning tree(MST); introduce left and right consistency detection methods to detect mismatched points in occluded areas, smooth the image through singular point filling and median filtering, and improve the overall accuracy of the improved algorithm. 摘要

针对传统Census算法采用固定窗口和固定阈值导致图像深度不连续、弱纹理区域匹配精度低的缺陷,提出了改进方案。成本计算阶段采用萨德-普查法,提出了一种新型的自适应窗口法。利用梯度信息动态选择阈值,实现窗口的选择,优化普查成本计算。考虑全局,基于最小生成树(MST)的多尺度完全成本聚合;引入左、右一致性检测方法,检测遮挡区域的不匹配点,通过奇异点填充和中值滤波对图像进行平滑处理,提高改进算法的整体精度。使用Middlebury数据集进行测试,实验结果表明,与传统算法相比,本文提出的改进算法显著提高了匹配精度和鲁棒性,特别是在深度不连续和弱纹理区域。
