摘要

-本研究检测了3kW cw激光处理后的高强度螺栓轴向力损失。制备高强度螺栓试件,用3kW的cw激光功率对螺栓头部进行手持式激光发射。基于锚杆表面辐照时间,研究了锚杆处理过程中轴向力的变化。螺栓轴向力损失受辐照时间和位置的影响。螺栓头多次辐照后,轴向力损失与相同辐照时间相比有所减小。从轴向力变化与治疗时间的关系出发,建立了基于多轮照射的螺栓侧激光治疗轴向力损失方程,可以估算轴向力损失,制定维修计划。
