Various reports were collected and studied about variation in physical and mechanical properties of pervious concrete with different additives. Additives may be either mineral additives (fly ash, silica fumes, rice husk ash etc..,) or chemical additives (plasticizers, super plasticizers, retarders etc..,). Our project involved the utilization of recycled coarse aggregates, fly ash and rice husk in no-fine concrete. After this study, it was concluded that ‘upon the addition of additives, it increases permeability by decreasing its strength and vice-versa’.
