Religious culture in school can be created when the principal performs his function an administrator. The importance of building a religious culture in school is primarily concerned with achieving the goals of school education. The leadership of the principal is part of a very important management function to achieve educational goals in schools. Leadership can play a role in protecting some of the issues of inappropriate organizational setting, including in this case in creating a religious culture, such as; the distribution of power that blocks the effective course of action, the lack of resources, the perceived poor procedure and so on, the fundamental school problems. 摘要

校长的角色对于在教育机构中创造宗教文化至关重要。学校宗教文化可以在校长履行管理者职责的同时创造出来。在学校建立宗教文化的重要性主要关系到学校教育目标的实现。校长的领导是实现学校教育目标的一项非常重要的管理职能。领导可以在保护一些不适当的组织设置问题上发挥作用,包括在这种情况下创造一种宗教文化,例如;权力的分配阻碍了有效的行动,资源的缺乏,程序的不完善等等,这些都是学校的根本问题。宗教文化可以从学校举办的宗教活动的行为规律,包含宗教文化价值的语言,包含学校居民行为标准的规范,学生在科学和道德上的人格品质的形成等方面来了解,此外,还可以从校长制定的校规中看到宗教文化。关键词:校长角色;宗教文化
