Now a day’s governments, health-care providers, and residents are all feeling the financial and social strain. The number of people with chronic diseases in the world is expected to exceed 100 million in the next decade. Balancing work and health in today’s fast-paced world has become a key concern for the majority of people. Both long hospital wait times and ambulatory patient monitoring are well-known problems. The problems necessitate a health monitoring system that can smoothly monitor everyday routine health metrics and heart rate monitoring, as well as transmit the information to people who need to know through a Wi-Fi module. As a consequence of technical developments, a variety of monitoring systems have emerged, providing comfort to patients and enabling the use of IoT in the health-care system. This information may be kept and analyzed for future research and decision-making. The disease's type can be predicted based on the pattern of observable variables. The key advantage of such social insurance unit incorporates simple establishment, profoundly secure two ways correspondence, long battery life and ease.
