Axial\nskeleton, skull, jaw, small bones of hand and feet are other sites\nthat can be involved. Though rare, extraskeletal CS may occur\nanywhere in the body. The conventional CS are primary or secondary.\nPrimary chondrosarcoma may be intramedullary or Juxtacortical.\nSecondary CS arises from Osteochondroma or Enchondroma. Nonconventional CS are clear cell, myxoid, mesenchymal, extraskeletal,\nand dedifferentiated. Usual distribution of these tumors is long bones\n(45%) or pelvis (25%).
